Building automation can help solve this problem. Computerized Controls (C3) has 30 years of expertise, and is still designing and implementing building automation and control systems that are on the cutting edge. Commercial buildings designed with their systems consume 80% less energy than they otherwise would.
Their biggest project to date, 1441 L, was completed in Washington, DC in 2019, and in 2020 won the Clean Energy DC Award.
The theory and details of building automation aren’t simple, and sometimes aren’t fully understood, even by commercial developers. C3’s site needed to capture users’ attention and make clear what differentiated the C3 approach without overwhelming those visitors with information. We worked to understand what potential customers were looking for and helped C3 communicate their message in the way that would have the biggest impact.
A cutting edge company also needs to look the part. We led development of a new brand identity and print materials which demonstrated the same precision and attention to detail that C3 shows in their work.
